Art changed quite a few things we did last year: last year I was responsible for copy+pasta ing content from the magazine into the website, and the Forum was used as a collaborative place between writers. This year the main web content is (occasionally) uploaded by one of the paid workers, and the community of contributors that we had seems to have died off. The lack of fresh content means we don't get the same level of attention we did last year (s92a was huge for us), and hence people don't discuss issues here.
To paraphrase Josh; That's what can happen with student magazines, it can become anything the editor at the time wants it to be.
** Not bitter.
